Lanolin Anhydrous is a common name but the product is also referred to as Woolfat Anhydrous occasionally and the key specifications are somewhat common in all the Pharmacopeias. Lanolin Anhydrous is manufactured by RLPL meeting different specifications which differ in the refining techniques thus resulting in different parameters such as color, odor, acid value, moisture content, etc. but maintaining the original characteristics of Lanolin.
The following different types of grades of Lanolin are manufactured by us currently, all being anhydrous: Natural * Gold * Technical * Technical Bleached * Superfine * Micropure * Commercial * Pure - I.P. * I.P. – HWAC * E.P. * B.P. * U.S.P. * J.P., etc. We have also developed many customized specifications successfully and are continuing to extend additional efforts in tailor made chemistry in our field.
Our R&D efforts in the final refining have made it possible for us to obtain the best possible grades, meeting customer’s different needs. We cater to all tailor made requirements in specifications of lanolin, for many customers.
Each such effort in product development requires lot of R&D. From 3 basic grades of Lanolin in the early eighties, we now offer 37 different grades of, thanks to our ongoing efforts in R&D!
